• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly attitude
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Manage reservations and the waiting list
• Answer customer questions about the menu and specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments
• Set up and clear tables, keeping the dining area clean and organized
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company service standards
