Key Responsibilities:

• Student Welfare and Discipline

• Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all students residing in the hostel.
• Enforce discipline and create a conducive environment for study and personal development.
• Counsel students and address any personal, social, or disciplinary issues, coordinating with the college’s counseling team when necessary.
