Host I Duty Manager

Duties:

• Uphold and enhance brand standards across all operations
• Provide feedback to the General Manager
• Ensure that health & safety practices are adhered to
• Conduct guest F&B feedback audits and reports
• Create and execute innovative guest experiences
• Foster positive guest interactions and proactively address guest needs
• Assist with F&B duties on an ad hock basis
• Maintain ambience and atmosphere thought the property
• Ensure all team members are competent trained and supported
• Motivate and guide staff duties
• Perform staff reviews
• Develop and manage staff KPI’s
• Manage and control operational stock
• Monitor and review operating costs

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Hotel Management, or other related fields
• At least 2+ years of experience in a luxury Hotel Manager role
