Hospital Liaison

Solon Pointe located in Solon, Ohio is seeking a Hospital Liaison to join our team! Experience in the marketing of clients/residents for our community rehabilitation and long-term care community is a must. The Hospital Liaison will focus on marketing efforts to fulfill census goals. This individual will obtain referrals from various sources, ensure that referrals meet the admissions criteria, follow up with referrals providing tours and information on our community, and complete the sales process. This position will also work with all staff members to ensure an effective and smooth transition for new residents.
