+ Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring service needs are clearly understood and addressed.
+ Assess vehicle performance issues, verify warranty/service contract coverage, and develop accurate repair estimates.
+ Prepare and enter repair orders (RO) in the dealership system, obtain customer approvals, and maintain detailed customer records.
+ Communicate additional service and repair recommendations to customers based on inspections.
