Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) | 12h Shifts, Sign-On Bonus

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in‑home nursing care under a physician care plan. This 1099 contract role involves 12‑hour shifts for 24‑hour daily care at the patient’s residence, with AM/PM shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The patient requires continuous nursing support; the caregiver will work one‑on‑one in the home, coordinate with physicians and care team, and ensure safety and quality of care.
