Home Care Worker

It takes a special person to be a Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their independence and wellbeing. We are looking for a person with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role (with Cert 3 in Individual Support - Aged Care or Ageing & Disability), to join the Silverchain team in Port Stephens and surrounding suburbs.

• Award rate $34.59 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
