About the Role
UPMC Family Hospice is hiring a Home Care Aide for a casual position to cover
Lycoming, Union, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Clinton, Columbia, parts of Centre, Montour counties
16 hours every pay period. -rotating Holidays and weekends
Weekend rotation every 4th weekend
Provide designated care under the direction of the primary service provider in the home to achieve identified goals. Function as an extension of skilled nursing services and/or rehabilitation services in the home.
Responsibilities
+ Must maintain annual competency evaluation scores as determined by regulatory requirements
+ Attends compliance training and adheres to the organization's standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
+ Proven ability to facilitate change.
+ Focuses on customer service and continually strives to perform the duties of their job in a manner that will result in optimal patient satisfaction.
