Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all operations within the mining site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage budgets and financial performance of the mining operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and provide leadership to a team of supervisors and operational staff.
