About the Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner (GP) with prison clearance for a locum position in a prison setting in South East London. While previous GP experience working in prisons is an advantage. However, having prison clearance is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities of this Prison Locum GP role:
Conduct primary care and reception clinics, attending to approximately 12 patients per clinic. Provide clinical support to the Special Education Group (SEG) unit. Manage cases related to substance misuse and addiction. Additional Information:
This is an ongoing locum GP opportunity with potential to transition into a permanent role, if desired. Many of our current locum GPs have maintained placements for over a year.
