HMO Enforcement & Compliance Officer

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a Local Authority in the South West to recruit a Private Sector Housing Officer for an initial 6-month contract. This role focuses on identifying and enforcing against unauthorised HMOs within the borough.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in housing enforcement, particularly involving HMOs, and will effectively manage investigations, conduct inspections, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
