Role: Finance Transformation GCC Transition and Knowledge Transfer (KT) - Senior Advisor

Finance is expanding into the Hyderabad Innovation Hub beginning in Q4 2025, with sequenced waves through 2026–2027. This key role within the corporate finance organization will manage the GCC teams supporting key finance transformation initiatives including Enterprise Portfolio and Finance Global Capability Center (GCC) Growth and Operations. In addition, the role will also support local team members covering controllership activities for the Finance Data & Innovation Office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the KT operating model & governance. Define the end‑to‑end KT framework (scope, roles/RACI, standards, tooling, taxonomy, and guardrails).
