Position Overview

Application Development Senior Analyst - Accounting & IM Mainframe is responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and compliance of enterprise applications across their lifecycle. This role supports both business and technology production operations through coordinating fixes, maintaining architecture currency, and driving operational excellence. The position requires a strong understanding of application ecosystems, business processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Application & Production Support

• Perform production fixes including troubleshooting with technology and business partners through solution implementation and validation.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream systems for issue resolution, scheduling, and change notifications.
• Monitor job run times and tune performance to meet SLAs/OLAs.
