Highways Development Programme Apprentice Level 2

Lincolnshire County Council Highways is seeking an enthusiastic Highways Development Programme Apprentice – Level 2 (known internally as Highways Development Programme Trainee – Level 2). The successful candidate will be required to work across and assist a variety of teams within the Highways service as part of a development programme. The Development Programme will be tailored to suit both the needs of the Highway Service and the aspirations / interests of the successful candidates. Candidates may join the development programme at levels 1, 2 or 3 depending on their educational background. The successful candidate will attend college one day a week to gain their qualifications in Civil Engineering.

About the Team

You will work alongside other existing Apprentices, and a Project Officer, and be mentored throughout the programme by the Highways Service Development Lead, within the Highways Client & Contract Team.
