About The Team

Lincolnshire County Council’s Operational Asset Management Team is responsible for the effective management of one of the largest and most varied highway networks in the country. We manage over 9,000 km of roads and 4,500 km of footways, along with the drainage systems and assets that support them. The team delivers a wide range of programmes, including carriageway resurfacing (with recycling and innovative techniques), surface treatments, footway improvements, drainage upgrades, cyclic maintenance activities, and Traffic Regulation Orders that support safe and efficient movement across the county.
