What could your day look like?

As a HLTA, no two days are the same. You may be:

-Leading engaging lessons when teachers are absent
-Supporting small groups to boost confidence and attainment
-Delivering targeted interventions that make a real difference
-Working alongside experienced teaching staff to support pupil progress
-Helping to create positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments
