High Yield & Debt Capital Markets Associate

A prestigious international law firm, consistently recognised as a market leader in global finance, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated U.S.-qualified solicitor to join its dynamic and expanding London-based Capital Markets team.

Responsibilities

• Leading on high-yield debt offerings and other complex DCM transactions, including advising on Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings.
• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents, including prospectuses, indentures, comfort letters, and legal opinions.
• Managing deal processes from inception to completion, coordinating with clients, underwriters, and other legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on corporate finance, U.S. securities laws (including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934), and regulatory compliance matters.
