We are seeking experienced, high-performing Customer Service Administrators to join our dynamic team.
Please note: This is not a call centre agent role. We are looking for professional administrators with strong customer service and problem-solving backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Matric / Grade 12 (non-negotiable)
✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-performance administrative/customer service environment
✔ Proven, stable, and consistent work history
✔ High levels of maturity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively

Banking / Financial Services
