HGV Technician Needed in Manchester

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Working Hours: 4 on / 4 off – Night Shift (6pm–6am)

Salary: Up to £53,500 + bonus

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading dealer group now looking for a skilled HGV Technician to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities for HGV Technician:

Maintain and repair trucks, lorries, and other heavy commercial vehicles

Deliver high-quality service to customers within a defined area

Diagnose faults, carry out tests, and undertake all maintenance and repair work

Complete all relevant paperwork for warranty, contract, and retail work

Perform preventative maintenance to reduce customer downtime

What We’re Looking For in a HGV Technician:

City & Guilds Level 3 in HGV Maintenance

Previous experience in servicing, repair, and maintenance of HGVs
