HGV Class 2 Driver

Full‑time position with the potential to become permanent.

£14.50 or £16.25 per hour.

Our client based inBurton requires a Class 2 (Cat C) driver to join the team on a temp‑to‑perm contract.

You will be responsible for the timely delivery and offloading of goods to their retail stores around the country, driving a Class 2 Rigid vehicle. This role isMon‑Fri with 1 overnight stay every fortnight.

Start times vary between 02:00 and 06:00 in the morning.

Duties

• Delivering a variety of retail products to different locations across the UK.
• Completing 5 to 7 deliveries per shift, depending on the daily schedule.
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Handballing cages off the trailer using the tail lift.

Pay

• £16.25ph (PAYE Advanced – Inclusive of holidays)
