About the Role

Are you the calm voice people rely on when systems fail, processes confuse, or answers aren't obvious? As a Helpdesk Operator, you'll be the person that keeps everything moving - solving problems, guiding colleagues, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a role where your impact is felt daily. Based in Knutsford, you'll support teams across the UK, bringing clarity, structure and reassurance whenever it's needed most.
