- Handle emails, calls, and walk‑in inquiries from clients and internal teams
- Log service requests and maintain accurate records in CAFM systems
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and official correspondence
- Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for FM mobile teams
- Prepare LPOs and invoices and maintain receivable records
- Follow up with clients on pending payments
