Help with moving day: loading and unloading heavy items

I'm planning a move within the city and need a reliable helper to assist with loading and unloading a few heavy items (sofa, wardrobe, boxes) from a rented van into my new home. The move is around 15-20 minutes away, so I’m hoping for a two-hour window. I have a simple plan: collect items at the old place, carry them carefully, and place them in rooms as requested. Please bring gloves and a small dolly if available. I’d appreciate some care with fragile items and I may need a couple of extra hands during the heaviest lifting. No disassembly required, just moving and safe placement.
