Help with miscellaneous moving tasks in London area

I’m moving within London and need someone to help with a variety of small moving tasks. The job includes carrying boxes, disassembling and reassembling a couple of furniture pieces, loading a van, placing items in the new flat, and helping with a few heavy/bulky items. I don’t need a full moving service, just a capable helper for a few hours. I prefer someone reliable, punctual, and with basic manual handling experience. We’ll provide most of the equipment, but please bring a pair of work gloves. The move is in two stages in one day, so I’d appreciate flexibility on start time within the morning window.
