Help with miscellaneous moving tasks in a flat

I'm moving house soon and need a helper for a few miscellaneous tasks. The job includes carrying boxes, moving a few small furniture items, and helping to load a van. I have a narrow staircase, so steady hands and good communication are important. Ideally, you can lift safely, use protective blankets for furniture, and work efficiently with a small team.
