SMS Equipment is growing in Elkford, BC. We're hiring a Heavy Equipment Technician, Journeyperson to support mining and construction operations in a remote field environment. Base Wage: $52.31 per hour. Additional premiums apply.
Location: Elkford, BC. Housing is available.
Schedule: 7x7


What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems on heavy mining and construction equipment

  • Perform overhauls, maintenance, and new equipment builds

  • Troubleshoot issues using computerized and manual diagnostic tools

  • Work independently in remote field settings, including adverse weather and confined spaces
