Replacement Of Vehicle Parking Stoppers at Parking Areas

During a routine site inspection of the Ground Floor and Basement Parking Areas, it was observed that multiple vehicle parking stoppers are damaged and no longer capable of performing their intended function effectively. The existing stoppers have deteriorated due to prolonged service life and repeated impact from vehicle tyres, resulting in extensive cracking, deformation, and loss of structural integrity.

Maintenance personnel attempted to repair the damaged stoppers; however, due to the severity of the cracks and material deterioration, the repairs were not effective or capable of providing a durable and reliable solution. As a result, the existing parking stoppers are unable to adequately limit vehicle movement, increasing the risk of vehicles colliding with parking walls, columns, or other structures.
