Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails, chats, or other forms of communication regarding healthcare services, insurance, and billing inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare plans, benefits, eligibility, claims status, and authorizations.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining medical bills.
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately and thoroughly.
- Handle and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
