About the Role

Responsibilities



  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails, chats, or other forms of communication regarding healthcare services, insurance, and billing inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information about healthcare plans, benefits, eligibility, claims status, and authorizations.

  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining medical bills.

  • Document customer interactions in the system accurately and thoroughly.

  • Handle and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.


Qualifications



  • At least 6 months BPO experience

  • Highschool grad | College Undergraduate | College
