Job Overview

Care Outlook is hiring part‑time and full‑time Care Assistants for community care (domiciliary) across Oxfordshire including Cherwell, Witney, Abingdon, Oxford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including washing, toileting, dressing, and other hands‑on tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Observe, monitor, and record clients’ conditions.
• Build relationships and support patients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Authorised to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Caring, reliable, patient, compassionate, and 100% committed to improving vulnerable people’s quality of life.
• No experience necessary; extensive training will be provided.
