Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant documentation.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to address and resolve complex concerns.
- Consistently maintain a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Achieve or surpass established performance goals and quality standards.
Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company; preferably with healthcare experience •Must be proficient in English
- Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
