  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to address and resolve complex concerns.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company; preferably with healthcare experience •Must be proficient in English
  • Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
