Position Overview

We're a global STEM consulting and workforce solutions firm that works with some of the largest organizations in the world within healthcare, government, technology, banking, finance, and energy.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team to support our US healthcare book of business. As a part of this role, you will be hiring healthcare professions 100s of hospital across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.
