As a Health Care Aide (HCA ) , your role is critical in maintaining the vibrancy and positive culture in the Communit y . Using a collaborative approach with Residents and their entire Care Team including the Resident’s family , external hea lth care pro fessional s and our own employee care partners , you are responsible for coordinating and providi ng all Resident services while ensuring excellent hospitality.
