About the Role

Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Management Develop, implement, and continuously improve occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and management systems. Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Construction Regulations, and other applicable legal requirements. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Monitor compliance with health and safety standards across all construction projects and operational activities. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring corrective and preventative measures are implemented. Maintain accurate health and safety records, reports, registers, and statutory documentation. Prepare and submit safety reports to management, clients, and regulatory authorities as required.
