Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and expansion across Malaysia and Singapore to achieve the Company’s growth objectives.
• Lead the Coaching and Leadership Development function for both markets, fostering a high-performance culture and sustainable business growth.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support customer growth, retention, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach, mentor, and develop field leaders and internal team members to maximize performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
• Ensure effective execution of business-building initiatives, training programs, leadership development activities, and field operations.
