  • Proactively identify, engage, and screen top-tier candidates. Consistently upload a steady flow of qualified resumes to our recruitment system to maintain a strong pipeline.

  • Manage the entire hiring process from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both our clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful hiring experience for all parties.
