Head Waiter/Head Waitress - L'abysse

We are seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join the One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. The role is responsible for maintaining restaurant standards and leading the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional service standards by ensuring all food and beverage orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and in accordance with resort SOPs.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor colleagues, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring all assigned duties are completed to the required standard.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is well-presented, clean, safe, and aligned with the resort’s image, including equipment layout, hygiene standards, and overall ambiance.
