Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Head Start Recruitment, Retention and Staff Development Manager (Recruitment Manager) is responsible for attracting, sourcing retaining, and developing staff within the agency’s Head Start Program.
This includes providing guidance, training and monitoring for program partners and delegates as required by Head Start funding sources and regulatory bodies.
