• Personnel Governance: Oversee all personnel-related functions across CDA, including manpower planning, redeployment, and administrative support.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budget planning, service pay administration and ensure proper utilisation of financial resources in alignment with approved budgets.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor contract utilisation, track expiry timelines, and enforce compliance obligations such as liquidated damages and clawbacks.
  • Payment Processing: Supervise the processing of payments for public-facing training programmes, fines, applications, and other financial transactions.
