About the Role
The Head of Therapy provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for therapy services at the Singapore Cheshire Home. This role oversees Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and the Care Coordinator, ensuring holistic, person‑centric rehabilitation services that enhance or maintain the quality of life of residents and clients.
Working closely with the CEO and Deputy CEO, the Head of Therapy drives rehab service development, clinical governance, quality improvement, manpower development, and operational excellence, while fostering collaboration across disciplines, departments, and external stakeholders.
