As the business enters its next phase, they are looking for a senior technology leader to build the foundation that lets them scale complexity without adding friction.

This is not a traditional CTO role, and it is not about managing a large engineering organisation. The company already has capable teams and a real, working set of systems in place. What it needs now is someone who can architect the next layer: connecting what exists into one coherent technology and data foundation that the whole business can rely on, and that future products will be built on top of.
