About the role

Location: Wolverhampton or Lichfield (with regional travel).

Salary: Competitive + Company Car or Cash Allowance.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Technical to lead all regional technical, engineering and design activities. Acting as the region’s technical authority, you will ensure developments are safe, compliant, buildable and ready for successful delivery from feasibility through to handover.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading technical, engineering and design teams across the region.
• Managing technical governance, design control and engineering risk.
