Develop and execute a Tax Transformation Roadmap that drives operational efficiency, client value and profitability.
Champion the adoption of AI and digital solutions across all Tax service lines.
Partner with firm‑wide Innovation & Change to ensure alignment with BDO Canada’s strategic priorities.
Foster a culture of transformation—empowering Tax professionals to innovate, experiment and improve.
