Head of Salon Growth & Operations

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an experienced salon operations leader to manage day-to-day operations of the Beauty Makeover salon, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and high service standards.

You will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, train staff, manage bookings and payments at front desk, monitor finances, and drive sales to meet KPIs, while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
