Managing the Sales Teams
Train and coach two AE Team Leaders and two BDR Team Leaders directly, and indirectly support 40 BDRs and AEs.
Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their career paths.
Organize team daily life: production time, administrative time, meetings, check‑ins, reviews.
Lead by example and embody Skello's values.
Motivate and engage teams toward performance and professional fulfillment.
Managing Sales Processes and Tools
Monitor all team KPIs.
Master sales tools and ensure correct use.
Optimize commercial processes.
Contribute to quota and forecast definition.
Assign leads according to criteria with Sales Efficiency Manager.
