Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Head of CAC Sales . This role is responsible for driving growth, managing dealer and project channels, and leading the commercial air conditioning business across key product lines including CAC, VRF, and Chillers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national sales strategy and execution for CAC products (CAC, VRF, Chillers)
• Manage and expand dealer and project-based channels
• Collaborate with HQ R&D and Product teams for product development and localization
• Oversee technical support, after-sales service, and training programs for partners
