Senior Manager, reports to the MD of the SME business. Experience is required in leading a sales team, leading managers who have teams under them, and digital client journey management.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs.
• Lead and mentor the sales team.
• Deliver the client value proposition.
• Define the customer experience golden thread andensure delivery through the sales team and Marketingdivisions digital team.
• Set up client experience measures and feedbackexercises, using the results to motivate for and drivecontinuous improvement.
• Propose improvements and new features related tothe products and client service processes.
• Take ownership of collections and co-ordinate thesolve for operational issues impacting the clientexperience.
