Head of Rider Experience, Middle East

Transform the way people shop and eat in the Middle East markets (UAE and Kuwait). This role is part of Operations and leads all aspects of Rider Experience.

Operating at scale in a hyper‑competitive environment, you will report to the Director of Operations, Middle East and ensure a highly engaged, satisfied and high‑performing rider network. Your focus will include building systems, frameworks and processes that scale across the region.

• Lead a large team managing rider community, communications, performance, support and onboarding.
• Build scalable frameworks and systems to centralise key metrics across the network.
• Recommend resource allocations to optimize rider churn and service levels.
• Ensure the quality and engagement of newly onboarded riders.
