As the Head of R&D, you will be the strategic architect for product portfolios across the ASEAN region. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust R&D roadmap aligned with the company's sustainability ambitions and regional business goals.
• Manage the end‑to‑end innovation pipeline, from early‑stage research to commercial product launch, ensuring speed to market.
• Drive Value Engineering initiatives to optimize product costs without compromising quality.
