About the Role

We're looking for a technically elite paid social operator to own and scale our Meta acquisition channels across our portfolio of B2C lead generation brands — legal, boilers, solar, hearing care, air conditioning, mortgages, financial services and more.

This is a direct response, lead generation role. Not brand. Not content. You'll be managing close to £1 million in annual ad spend across multiple verticals and accounts.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management across all verticals
  • Campaign architecture — account structure, audience strategy, budget allocation
  • Full technical ownership of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking
  • Creative strategy — briefing hooks, copy angles, and ad formats with our paid media and creative team
