What You Will Do:

1) Office Administration/Operations

• Monitor staff & daily office operation work
• Check/monitor eyeshare team daily performance, invoices scanning cross check report
• Sign sea crew contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters
• Check and approve payment for monthly office expenses/check MYR bank reconciliation/fund projection
• Monitor and check operation funding (MYR)
• Check and follow up with Risk Management HK to ensure the Ship Management Agreement to be sent and file in Labuan.
• Arrange to apply documents (from the Authority) requested by Risk management.

2) Statutory complianc

• eLocal statutory company secretarial wor
• kPrepare directors' resolution (enter to new ship management and Dividend payment) and arrange signin
• gArrange any urgent request from AE HK to obtain/apply relevant documents such as Letter of Incumbency, Ta...
